Based between London and the Cotswolds, Orlando specialises in a distinct brand of DIY pop. Quirky, authentic and multi-talented, we had the privilege of working on his groundbreaking 2020 debut 'Nikes and Dandelions'.
Made up of 4-tracks, the EP's focus track was 'Kanye Owns The Moon' which has since been streamed over 550,000 times.
Making your debut is always tricky. It's important to recognise where you fit in a crowded market, after-all, the world is not short for pop artists.
Having met Orlando at the start of 2020 for a coffee to discuss a potential campaign, it was clear that Orlando needed no guidance in how to carry his brand forward. Orlando's carefree charm and carefully crafted music speaks for itself.
The campaign on 'Nikes and Dandelions' was to introduce Orlando to the world of press, and we did just that with glowing reviews from EARMILK, Fame and The Most Radicalist to name a few. Orlando quickly pricked up the editorial ears over at Spotify, having landed key editorial lists such as Our Generation, Alt Pop and Good Energy to name a few.
Continuing our relationship into 2021, coverage grew further via Orlando's single 'Princess'. Making gains with the likes of Atwood and EARMILK, Orlando's previous soft release '10 Hours' grabbed Spotify's New Music Friday in multiple territories.
Orlando was also featured via Notion and was listed as one of Coup De Main's 'Must Knows' for 2021 - following in the footsteps of the likes of Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and Benee.
